Spray Paint:

For wood projects, we love using  spray paint to make our projects POP. Be sure to use a sealer, too, to protect your wood and increase lthe longevity of your craft project.

What We Love:

Glue:

If you want to glue any of your layers, be sure to use a glue that is suitable for your medium.

For paper projects, we HIGHLY recommend Bearly Art Glue which comes with a small-tipped applicator. Using too much glue can warp your card stock and get messy. Less is more in this case.

Foam Core Board:

If there is extra space between your 3d project and the frame backing, you can fill in that space with foam core board.

What We Love:  1/5" foam core board

Acid Free Tape:

When you are attaching your photos, it is important to use acid free tape that won't degrade your photos over time.

What We Love:  Acid free artist tape

Shadow Box Frames:

When you are ready to frame your project, we recommend using an 8"x8" shadow box frame. If you aren't using spacers between layers, though, these projects can be framed in any standard frame!

Just make sure you are getting the right size frame for your project. All of our shadow box projects are set to cut at 8"x8" but can be resized to any size.
