About this license

The Extended Commercial License raises your limit from 100 to 5,000 handmade items per design, for every CraftyCatSVG design you bought on or before November 30, 2026.

This license is between you ("you" or the "Licensee") and CraftyCatSVG (craftycatsvg.com). It adds to the Standard Commercial License that came with your designs. Anything not changed here stays the same as the Standard License. If the two ever conflict, this Extended License wins for the designs it covers.

One Extended License covers one person or one small business.

Which designs are covered

This license covers every design you purchased from craftycatsvg.com on or before November 30, 2026 (the "Closing Date"), whether you bought it before or after buying this license.

• Purchases are matched to the email address on your CraftyCatSVG account or order history.

• Bundles count design by design. If you bought the Mega Bundle, every design in it is covered.

• Designs purchased after November 30, 2026 are not covered. They come with the Standard License only.

• Free designs, freebies and samplers are covered only if they were delivered to you on or before the Closing Date.

What you can do

You may make and sell up to 5,000 finished physical items per design, online or in person.

• Handmade by you. Items must be made by you, or by employees of your business, using your own equipment (Cricut, Silhouette, Glowforge, xTool, laser or similar).

• What counts as one item. Each finished piece you sell or give away counts as one item, whether it's a framed picture, card, ornament or sign. A set sold together (like a matching pair) counts as one item per piece in the set.

• Personalize freely. You can resize, recolor, add names, dates and text, and combine designs with your own artwork.

• Show your work. You can use photos of your finished items to market them, including in listings, ads and social media.

• No expiration. The license is perpetual as long as you follow these terms. It does not reset each year: the 5,000 count is lifetime per design.

What you can't do

The designs stay CraftyCatSVG's property. This license lets you sell things you make with them, not the designs themselves.

• No sharing or reselling files. You can't sell, give away, share or upload the SVG, Studio3, LBRN or any other digital file, including edited or converted versions.

• No digital products. You can't sell printables, digital downloads, templates, cut files or anything else the customer receives as a file.

• No outside makers. You can't send the designs to a print-on-demand company, manufacturer, laser shop or anyone outside your business to produce items for you.

• No mass production. Items must be made in small batches on hobby or small-business crafting equipment. You can't use industrial or factory equipment, production lines, die-cutting or stamping presses, or contract labor to produce items.

• No mass-market marketplaces. You can't sell items made with the designs on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Temu, Shein, AliExpress, Wish or similar large retail marketplaces. Your own website, Etsy, social media, craft fairs, markets and in-person sales are fine.

• No trademarks or ownership claims. You can't register the designs (or close copies) as a trademark or logo, or claim them as your own artwork.

• No AI training. You can't use the designs to train, fine-tune or prompt AI models or image generators.

• No group buys. One license covers one person or business. It can't be shared, split or used by a group, co-op or class.

General terms

• Non-exclusive and non-transferable. Other people may hold the same license. You can't sell or transfer yours, except along with the sale of your whole business (email us so we can update our records).

• Keep your receipt. Your order confirmation for this license is your proof of purchase. CraftyCatSVG may ask for reasonable confirmation of how many items you've sold.

• Termination. If you break these terms, the license ends automatically and you must stop selling items made with the designs. Items already sold before termination stay sold.

• No warranty. The designs are provided as-is. CraftyCatSVG isn't responsible for material costs, machine settings or lost sales.

• Changes. CraftyCatSVG may update this license for future buyers. The version you bought stays in effect for you.

• Governing law. This license is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.

• Refunds. Because the license takes effect immediately on purchase, all sales are final.
